我是昕昕，从高低肩发现侧弯到恢复正常我只用了一个月，从13度恢复到4度！

我是昕昕，一个刚刚进入预初六年级的学生。画画是我最大的爱好，我还参加过画画比赛并赢得了一些奖项。

I am Xinxin, a student who has just entered the sixth grade of preliminary school. I love painting. I have participated in painting competitions and also won some awards.

As a chubby girl, my mum always wants me to be slimmer, so she paid special attention to my body. One day, my mother discovered that my shoulders were uneven. She took me to the hospital for an examination and found out that my spine really had scoliosis.

虽然只有13度，医生告诉我们等到20度需要戴支具，我担心我的脊柱会变得越来越糟糕，于是她不停地寻找解决方法，最终找到了杨博士的衷德脊柱侧弯矫正中心。

Although the cobb angle was only 13 degrees, the doctor told us that we needed to wear braces until 20 degrees. I was worried that my spine would get worse and worse, so she kept looking for a solution and finally found Dr. Yang's Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center.

我们来到衷德，发现杨博士和治疗师们都非常专业。他们不仅耐心引导我们，还解答我们的各种疑惑。这让妈妈的担忧逐渐消散，我也能够放心地进行治疗训练。杨博士告诉我们，只要我们坚持认真训练，一定能够看到效果。

We came to Zhongde and found that Dr. Yang and the therapists were very professional. They not only patiently guide us, but also answer our various doubts. This made my mother's worries gradually dissipate, and I was able to conduct treatment training with confidence. Dr. Yang told us that as long as we persist in serious training, we will surely be able to see results.

经过几个月的训练，在接近治疗结束时妈妈带我去拍了一次片子，结果让我们惊喜万分。我的脊柱竟然从13度变成了只剩下4度！

After several months of training, my mother took me to take a X-ray near the end of treatment, and the results surprised us! My spine cobb angle actually went from 13 degrees to only 4 degrees!

这个令人震惊的成果让我和妈妈感到非常高兴和自豪。杨博士真的是非常厉害，他帮助我解决了脊柱的问题，我真的感到非常自豪和自信。

为了表达对杨博士的感激之情，我画了一幅画送给他。他赞赏地说我画得非常美，这让我感到无比幸福和满足！

This shocking achievement made us very happy. Dr. Yang is really amazing. He helped me solve my scoliosis problem. I really feel very proud and confident now. 

To express my gratitude to Dr. Yang, I drew a picture for him. He praised that my paintings were very beautiful, which made me feel extremely happy and satisfied!
