爸爸发现了我好像有侧弯，带我去公立医院检查，发现又28度的左胸弯，于是我们寻找治疗的地方。然后就发现了衷德脊柱，外婆和爸爸带我一起来就诊，杨医生很耐心跟我们讲解，说我的侧弯属于不典型侧弯，需要支具和训练同步治疗。我相信我可以战胜侧弯，所以努力的适应支具。

My father discovered that I seemed to have lateral curvature and took me to a public hospital for examination. He found another 28-degree left thoracic curvature, so we looked for a place to treat it. Then we discovered Zhongde, Grandma and my father brought me to see a doctor. Dr. Yang patiently explained to us that my scoliosis was atypical scoliosis and required simultaneous treatment with brace and training. I believed that I could overcome scoliosis, so I worked hard to adapt to the brace.

我坚持每天都戴支具，半年过去了，再次脱下支具拍片，发现我的胸弯角度从28度降到了18度，旋转也从9度降到了4度，我非常开心！我还会继续坚持的！

I insisted on wearing a brace every day. Half a year passed. I took off the brace again and found that my chest bend angle had dropped from 28 degrees to 18 degrees, and my rotation had dropped from 9 degrees to 4 degrees. I was very happy! I will continue to persevere!
