杨博士拜访捷克布拉格的SPS理查德诊所进行学术交流

2024年10月，杨博士专程来到欧洲拜访了位于捷克布拉格的SPS理查德诊所。诊所位于小山上，能遥望老城区和城堡区，有一些宫崎骏动画片的感觉。

In October 2024, Dr. Yang made a special trip to Europe to visit SPS Richard Clinic in Prague, Czech Republic. The clinic is located on a hill, overlooking the Laocheng District and Castle District, giving it a feeling of a Hayao Miyazaki cartoon.

理查德先生因为严重新冠后遗症已经退居二线了，他的女儿凯瑟琳主持诊所工作。

Mr. Richard has taken a back seat because of severe COVID-19 sequelae, and his daughter Catherine heads the clinic.

“凯瑟琳在骨科待过2年，她听说我是脊柱外科医生出生，还专门告诉我她在骨科学习期间最喜欢测量cobb角度，不喜欢上手术台，但有很多骨科医生朋友。”

"Katherine has been in orthopedics for two years. She heard that I was born as a spinal surgeon, and specifically told me that she liked measuring cobb angles most during her studies in orthopedics and did not like to go to the operating table, but she has many orthopedic surgeon friends."

SPS体系以肩关节和骨盆周围肌肉群的训练为主，同时他们强调需要通过手法配合呼吸来纠正侧弯，他们对于骨盆周围肌肉的训练方法有很多值得借鉴的地方，特别是对于腰椎下端椎倾斜的孩子以及胸椎侧弯术后远端Adding-on并发症出现的孩子；但手法配合呼吸其实和施罗斯有点像，因为需要手法，反而并不高效。

The SPS system mainly focuses on training the shoulder joint and muscles around the pelvis. At the same time, they emphasize the need to correct scoliosis through manipulation and breathing. Their training methods for muscles around the pelvis have many lessons, especially for children with tilted lower vertebrae and children with distal Adding-on complications after thoracic scoliosis surgery.
