你好，我叫小强，今年12岁。我特别喜欢漫画，为此自学了画漫画，有时候还会接稿，画画使我快乐。直到检查出我的脊柱侧弯愈加严重的那天，我甚至都没有了画画的心情。

Hello, my name is Xiaoqiang, and I am 12 years old this year. I especially like comics. For this reason, I learned myself how to draw comics. Sometimes I even accept manuscripts. Painting makes me happy. Until the day when my scoliosis was found to be getting worse, I was not even in the mood to paint.

一开始我只有7度的脊柱侧弯，医生说并不需要干预，于是我们就放心地回家了。但是三个月前爸爸妈妈再次带我去医院拍x片检查的时候，发现我的侧弯居然增长到了22度！医生说我必须要戴支具了，我没有接触过支具，我很害怕。爸爸妈妈也担心我不适应支具和影响我的生活，所以开始四处打听能治疗侧弯的地方……

At first, I only had 7-degree-scoliosis, but the doctor said I didn't need intervention, so we went home. But three months ago, when my parents took me to the hospital again for an x-ray examination, they found that my scoliosis had actually increased to 22 degrees! The doctor said I had to wear a brace. I had never heard about a brace. I was very scared. My parents were also worried that I would not adapt to the brace and would affect my life, so they began to inquire around where scoliosis could be treated...

最终找到了杨博士的衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心，杨博士很专业很耐心，缓解了我们一家人的焦虑，于是我们决定在这里做训练试试看。因为可以不用戴支具，所以我每次训练都很认真，每次康复师小姐姐也会耐心地指导我、纠正我的小细节，不上课的时候我就在家按时训练打卡。

Finally, we found Dr. Yang's Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center. Dr. Yang was very professional and patient, which alleviated the anxiety of us, so we decided to do training here and give it a try. Because I don't have to wear braces, I train very seriously every time. Every time, my rehabilitation therapist will patiently guide me and correct my training details. When I am not in class, I train and check in on time at home.

3个月后又到了拍x片的时候，我非常紧张，但是结果让人轻松！我的胸弯从29度降到了22度，上胸弯从22度降到17度，胸椎旋转也从5度降低到了3度，我的体态看起来比之前挺拔了不少，爸爸妈妈和我都很开心！我们决定继续在衷德坚持锻炼！

Three months later, it was time to take x-ray again. I was very nervous, but the results relaxed me! My chest curve has dropped from 29 degrees to 22 degrees, my upper chest curve has dropped from 22 degrees to 17 degrees, and my thoracic rotation has also dropped from 5 degrees to 3 degrees. My posture looks much taller and more straight than before. My parents and I are very happy! We decided to continue to exercise in Zhongde!
