我是小岩，3个月训练，我的13度侧弯直了！

大家好，我是小岩。那天，我在学校体检时被查出了脊柱侧弯，回家后妈妈立刻带我去了公立医院看诊，但是医生只是简单地讲了几句就把我们打发走了。那时候妈妈非常担心，于是上网搜索并找到了衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心。

Hello everyone, I am Xiaoyan. One day, I was diagnosed with scoliosis during a physical examination at school. After I went back home, my mother immediately took me to a public hospital for treatment, but the doctor just said a few words and sent us away. At that time, my mother was very worried, so she searched the Internet and found the Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center.

我们来到了衷德脊柱进行了解，焦虑的妈妈有很多个问题，但是杨博士都耐心地解答，把各种担心的念头都打消了。于是，我们在衷德开始了矫正训练。衷德的杨博士非常认真负责，耐心细致。辅助训练的小姐姐们也非常温柔亲和，每次我的作业太多没能及时打卡，她们都会细心提醒，再晚也会点赞表示肯定，让我能够坚持训练。经过一段时间的努力，妈妈看到我的体态有了明显的改善。

When we came to Zhongde Spine, my anxious mother had many questions, but Dr. Yang patiently answered them one by one and dispelled our all worries. So, we started training in Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center. Dr. Yang is very professional, responsible, patient and meticulous. The therapists who assisted in the training are also very gentle and professional. Every time I have too much homework and fail to training at home in time, they will remind me, no matter how late they are, so that I can persist in training. After a period of hard work, my mother saw that my posture had improved significantly.

经过一段时间的训练后再次复查，我的脊柱侧弯情况已经有了很大的改善！从原来的13度恢复到了2度！非常感谢衷德的杨博士和康复师的帮助和支持，让我重新恢复健康。

After a period of training and re-examination, my scoliosis condition has greatly improved! It has recovered from the 13 degrees to 2 degrees! I am very grateful to Dr. Yang and the rehabilitation therapists for their help and support in helping me regain health.
